Son of Charles Edwin and Emily Jane Handley Tandy, of Gowanpark, Gallowhill, Campbeltown. Born at Totnes, Devon.
Died in Perth from an illness contracted whilst in service.
He was wounded in 1916 when he was a Lance Corporal.
His brother Leslie Charles Tandy also fell.
